Ever had that dream where you’re trying to run – but CAN’T?

Picture this:

In your dream, you’re trying to escape some kind of monster that’s chasing you and you’re working SO HARD to move as fast as you can, but it’s like you’re trying to run through quicksand and you’re not getting anywhere!

Ever had that feeling?

Yep – me too, and it’s the WORST!

You can’t figure out why your legs aren’t working – it’s crazy!

Let me let you in on something:

The monster is the “tech” you need to power your online business, and the reason you’re running so hard is because you’re trying to get away from the “tech monster” to build your online business, but you can’t get away!

And that monster is chasing you in your dreams because you spend all your waking hours obsessing over how to solve your tech struggles!

If your tired of the “tech” monster chasing your in your dreams, and you’re running as hard as you can but can’t escape, I’ve got a solution for you. I’ll you more about that in a minute.

Figuring out the tech is one of the BIGGEST biggest challenges I see with aspiring and hungry entrepreneurs who desperately want to build an online business.

You end up laboring, tweaking, changing, and obsessing over getting the theme *just* right.

Tell me if any of this sounds familiar:

You’ve heard that [insert miraculously “easy” and “beautiful” theme name here] is the perfect solution for all the headaches and heartburn you’ve had worrying about your site.

But when it’s all said and done, that theme doesn’t really get you any closer. Because NOW you have to learn how to use that crazy page builder tool it to get it to look right, so you’re in even deeper.

And then the realization hits you:

You’re not a web designer.

Here’s the issue:

When you DIY it’s virtually unavoidable that you waste an enormous amount of time and effort if you don’t have the skills. But let me tell you this:

IT’S NOT YOUR FAULT YOU ARE NOT A WEB DESIGNER.

Your expertise lies elsewhere, and rightly so!

Who ever said you needed to become a tech expert and web designer in addition to all the other stuff you need to do?!?Seriously – it’s frustrating, and it causes SERIOUS problems for your business.

Who loves great looking websites?

I know I do!

A professional looking presence online does several VERY important things:

It establishes your authority
Shows that you’re serious about your online business
Builds your credibility
Makes you feel great about what you’re working on (And like famous FSU alum Deion Sanders says, “look good, feel good; feel good play good; play good get paid good; get paid good you live good!”)

But you know what?

Building great looking websites takes a designer’s eye and a coder’s brain to make it all work together.

Trust me – I know. It’s what I do all day – every day.

So unless you’re a designer *and* developer, you’re already at a disadvantage. And what happens when you waste all that time and effort obsessing over the look & feel of your site? You get completely off track and forget what you originally wanted to do in the first place:

  • Tell your story
  • Get your message out
  • Build your community
  • Start your business

None of that says anything about being a web designer!

Since you’re wasting all that time and effort your launch date keeps getting pushed back.
You end up overwhelmed with all the things that you didn’t know you needed to know and end up discouraged, no closer to being online with your website than you were when you started, and end up questioning whether or not it’s all worth it.

How do I know?

Because I’ve worked with clients on numerous occasions who found themselves in the exact same boat.

One time I had a client who came to me in a last-hope scenario who had wasted so much time obsessing over her theme that she completely lost motivation for her site and was ready to quit.

She wasted tons of time building, revising, changing, designing, tweaking, testing, and moving things around.

She got completely lost and off-track and delayed her “launch” for months!

None of all that obsessing over the look and feel of her website got her any closer to where she was trying to go.

In the end, I solved her issue with a simple concept that I tell everyone who’s trying to DIY their website, and she was completely refreshed and ready to go!

So what’s the solution?

Two things:

#1 – Find the “who” not the “now”

If you’re DONE with trying to figure it out yourself, get someone to help.

Nothing will accelerate getting things done more than hiring a REAL pro to help you get across the finish line.

And you’d be surprised about how affordable getting the right package with the right person can be.

#2 – Start simple.

If you want to DIY, instead of obsessing over the wrong things that take you away from your primary goal, find a easy-to-install plug-and-play theme that looks great to get started.

That’s the whole point – to get started, and be done so you can focus on the RIGHT things.
You want a theme that’s professional and looks great, and will grow with you until you’re ready for something more specialized.

So if you’re tired of being chased by the tech monster, then you’re gonna love what I’ve got coming so stay tuned…
